   We absolutely love the Poco Earls but we were disappointed in our meals. My steak wasn’t cooked correctly and it was cold. My husband’s chicken was dry. We usually have fantastic meals.

   We met with friends for a birthday celebration. Our food was amazing and the wine that we chose was really good and the great staff had a card for my friend as it was her birthday, and I had noted it in OpenTable and then they surprise us with a dessert for her. She was really impressed. We all enjoyed our food two tuna, pool bowls, and the other one was the the chicken hung pepper. She had a number one for heat and she liked it.

   Service was quite slow tonight. Server was nice but it took a long time to be able to order drinks. It also took a long time to get the bill and then to be able to pay the bill. A lot of time sitting and waiting. The booths by the windows in the dining room were super drafty and we were all very cold.

   All I can say is wow! This place was great, and the drinks were made to perfection! The food was of course great as well.

   We were celebrating our anniversary and they placed a written card on the table and gave us glasses of Prosecco when we sat. Service from all staff were awesome. Our waiter ( forgot his name) was very friendly , approachable… made feel welcome. The ( I think manager ) even came over to say hello.Food was good just minor thing our steak was over cooked but our waiter offered to take back make a new one but we were fine and ate our meal. Becomes of this he gave us dessert which we really enjoyed. Overall the service today and like last couple of times is great! The staff are great here !

   The service was very good. I had requested seating in a quieter area with some privacy. This was accommodated and the staff was very respectful and we did not feel rushed The earls breakfast was not very good. Bacon was very greasy and quite chewy. The rest was average

   We had the absolute best birthday celebration 🎉 with our entire family age 2-90! The service , the food, the servers were all 100% amazing ! We would definitely go back here! The BEST thing was they would take a reservation for 14 people! That was fantastic and why we would book future events with Earl’s! Plus the food is excellent!

   Let me prelude this review by saying that the food we received was delicious and so were the drinks. However the entire experience was miserable. After being sat we waited for 20 minutes just to place our drink orders. The birthday girl arrived right around that time, but no server came back for while, leaving them sitting there while all we wanted to do was celebrate. After we placed our food orders, and they started to come out, what do you know! The birthday girl doesn’t get her meal. We are told at that point that it’ll be “5-10 minutes, but here are some free fries” it took 20 minutes for her to get food. Exact time it would take her I make it new. We understand that mistakes happen, but when they do they need to be acknowledged with sincerity instead of ignorance. It was implied to us that it was the kitchens mishap, which I find very hard to believe given how we were being treated all night. My other friend was waiting for two appetizer that didn’t came in. Until he told server and she was like “oh no, ok I will get it for you”. Simpler explanation is that she forgot to ring it in. After finishing our meal, we sat with empty glasses and plates for about 15 minutes. The server finally came by and took a desert order. We waited 20 minutes just for the manager to stop by and tell us that the desert was no longer available. Wouldn’t they know immediately if they were out of cheesecake? We ordered the alternative and asked for it to be packed up as we didn’t feel welcome and wanting to wait any longer. It took another 20+ minutes for us to get the desert, only after flagging another manager passing by. The second manager was sincere and apologetic, but at that point we just wanted to to leave. The server never once stopped back at the table after she took the desert order. I guess she felt her part was done? Increase the bill to get the tip. Great This is a few times now we had a bad experience at that location. Will not be coming back.
