    Overall, the food was great. One of the guests had to send her steak back twice and still was undercooked. The staff was amazingly attentive, extremely apologetic about the steak and did not charge us for it. They also give us all a complimentary dessert as an apology for the steak. All of the staff were friendly, efficient and caring. They even had a bouquet of flowers and a card for me to acknowledge our evening was a special celebration. The only negative was the noise level made it impossible to converse with the whole table of seven. Once the table of ladies behind us left, it was more tolerable but, I have always found Earls acoustics amplify voices to the extreme.

    We started my 30th birthday at Earls and they treated us like Royalty. We had such an incredible time. Thank you so much to the whole team for making me feel so special!

    Great food, expensive food and drinks, staff was prompt and friendly but didn't know the menu. Interac payment machine recommends an 18% tip as the minimum option. That's presumptuous.

    Our experience was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and Nor did an amazing job. We’re all happy, the baby is happy, the hubby is happy, and our tummies are full. Thank you so much for a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner and the surprise birthday card! Everything was worth every penny we spent. The last time we went here was our anniversary, and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you everyone! Happy New Year!
