My son enjoyed the three cheese ravioli because it was delicious and generous with the cheese. I enjoyed the Italian Wedding soup before having the cub wrap. My husband enjoyed the spicey penne which had a nice kick. The bread was enjoyed by all! My daughter enjoyed her fettuccine with a good portion of bacon. We were forgotten about. Took 20 mins for a server to come to us and then brought our drinks and salad and then disappeared. Even after we asked someone to get him, he never came. Busy Friday night, closing in on holiday season meant servers were run off their feet. Refills took longer than normal and a few minor issues with correct food. Servers were pleasant but didn’t ask if we wanted dessert before she went off.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

The service was slow to start (10min) before anyone came to take drink orders. But then it went great. She was fast with our soups and salads. However, it stopped there. We waited with empty dishes on our table for more than 20min (55min from first sitting down) for our main course. Kids got cranky. We got cranky. It was very frustrating. Finally a manager (I think) came over with half our food and apologized and said he’s looking into the other half.. he left the dirty dishes on our table and left. he was kind spoken. It then took another 8-10min for my son and mines food to arrive. We had already dipped into the food that was there. We wanted to eat with the family. But it was a total of 1 hour before our food came out. Or more because we were there for 1.5 hours.. the food was comped but it really sucked to end that way. Not to be shocked tho. We knew the service and wait times here are ridiculous regardless… we had a gift card to use and that’s the only reason we went. Hopefully next time, if we do come, will be much faster . Ps. You should never serve food to half a table. And have the servers/manager speak to the table about them being aware the food is taking a long time earlier than 45 min after ordering!
