Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. My husband and I went to Eddie Vs before a candlelight concert. The service and food were outstanding. The calamari was delicious and the filet was cooked to perfection. The bananas foster was also amazing. The hosts are welcoming and professional (Zaara and Andy) and the bartender (Kierra) was excellent. We will definitely go back! Highly recommend.

Our waitperson, Olivia was marvelous! She e planed the $55 menu and listened closely to a drink order and asked questions to make sure she got the order right. We enjoyed the evening!

The food was really good . We did the dine in menu and was so worth it. It was the perfect amount of food ( I wish the cake was a tad bigger , I love my sweets) . The filet was perfectly cooked and I got the crumble blue cheese which was chef kiss. Shout out to chef Dan. I am definitely going back.

It was my birthday and from greeting, seating, service, meal and farewell everything was incredible. We were a party of 5 turned 4 at the last minute and treated extremely well by various staff. It was a busy Friday night during restaurant week and they didn’t miss a beat! I will go back and recommend them!!
