Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    The food and service are always awesome here, but tonight the team served our party of 11 like we were royalty. Isaiah and Priscilla were amazing, Jessica did a good job backing them up. Isaiah not only rolled easily with taking our orders (lots of picky eaters) he got every drink, every app, every entree perfectly. Every single person left happy. At a family table with 3 generations, including 3 teenagers? Let’s just say that is a miracle. Thanks for giving us such a special experience!

    Great as always. Love the lobster tacos and the. Dab cake. The shrimp cocktail was also quite good as was the margarita!

    Our server was good. However we saw other tables were cleaned off for crumbs. Ours was not. Had to ask for knifes to use for our main course.

    The food was excellent, but the banana fosters butter cake got a little burnt from the rum fire presentation. Drinks were top-notch, and our server Michael was on his A game
