With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

The following 12 months have seen the restaurant evolve and grow into a 'go-to' destination for discerning foodies and nature lovers alike. To celebrate our success we would love to invite everyone to join us over two nights, to enjoy 'The Best of Gazegill' - a 5/6 course set Tasting menu featuring some of the best dishes that our Chef Patron Doug Crampton, and his team, have produced over the last year.     Join us for our third seasonal five-course tasting menu featuring foraged and wild foods, set against the stunning back drop of the Ribble Valley countryside. Working alongside a professional forager and wild food educator, our Spring Forager's Feast menu will introduce your palate to new and exciting flavour combinations whilst providing information on how you can make the most of the produce that is available on our moorlands and in our hedgerows. Spring is such a bountiful season and we are expecting some fantastic wild produce to be available! Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in advance, no changes to the menu will be possible on the day. This event is intended for ADULTS ONLY.

                  The setting is modern and elegant, you can see the pass from your dining table which was fascinating to watch the hard work and precision that went in to plating the dishes. The food on the tasting menu on a Saturday evening was delicious from the first to last plate, the creativity and presentation was just as beautiful as the taste and each excellently explained by the staff as it was brought to your table. All of the staff couldn't have done more to be helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting an amazing experience.

                  The only restaurant we will travel 1 1/2hrs to get to on a Friday night. Beautiful food, knowledgeable relaxed staff and atmosphere, no pressure to rush, well paced taster menu leaving you full and satisfied at the end and more importantly wanting to come back to experience it all again.

                  This was our first visit so not quite sure what to expect, especially driving through the farm to get there. Everything about the meal was first class. Service, friendliness, interesting choices on the menu which were all welcoming and above excellent food, perfectly presented and full of flavour. We will definitely being going back

                  Delicious food! We had brunch for four adults and two children and every dish was excellent. The presentation was beautiful, the flavours were fantastic and the setting is lovely.
