We walked in and there was no host at the host stand. This was our first time here so we sat and waited a few minutes until my husband went to the kitchen area to ask for the host… she was on her phone. Finally, she came to the host stand and told us it would be a 20-25 minute wait even though I had a reservation through OpenTable which we were 5 minutes early for… She said she “couldn’t find it.” She proceeded to seat 4 other couples who had come in after us…only 1 had a reservation at the same time as us which she also “could not find” but was able to seat them. A manager came by and we explained the situation and he couldn’t find our reservation either. But he was able to seat us within 5 minutes. Hopeful, we ordered our appetizer and drinks with our serve, who was also moving at turtle pace. And had no great customer service either. We had to ask twice to get our teas that we ordered at the very beginning, asked other servers for salsa, flour tortillas, more water, and where the heck our waiter was. The food was cold when we finally got it and lazily cooked it seemed. No manager came by to ask if everything was okay. The place wasn’t even busy. At all. So not sure why we waited so long or what was going on. Worst service. Worst experience. Will not be back. We tried the one that closed a couple years ago and didn’t have a great experience then. A friend recommended this one, promising a different experience and it was worse. We are from Lubbock and have not tried the one that opened there because of our previous experience. But now definitely will not be giving them our business.

Mike and Martin handled our table of 4. They were very police, professional and attentive. The food was excellent and was brought to our table timely. We will definitely return

Service was poor. Water tasted bad. Took a long time to be acknowledged. Waited a while for refill and service overall. Food was poor. My daughter basically did not touch the tortilla soup she ordered. My son’s steak was completely over cooked. We informed the waiter and no feedback what so ever. We used to come here a lot. Almost like every week. But it’s been about a year since last time. Definitely not the same place anymore. Too bad we lost a good restaurant Westside. Don’t think will ever come back w family.

I ended up going to El Corralito by ELP Airport because it was closer to the hotel were I was staying. Great food, excellent service and good noise level and ambiance. Overall, great dining experience.

Fun place to have a great steak with a southwest flare. The saloon is a step back in time for a few drinks. I recommend a drink at the saloon before dinner.

Predictably, service was light on the 4th. Arrachera was fine. Our server was working hard to keep up with all the tables.

Not the experience after we go seat it took a little more than an hour to get food , food was more cold than hot honestly we will not coming back as least for a long time , prices are high for what the place offer , they need more staff and better people to take care of customers , sad to see such a place with so poor service and food . Server was okay he did his best to take care of but at the end the whole experience was not good .
