バルーンフィエスタにお越しですか？フィエスタの期間中に、有名なEl Pintoにぜひお立ち寄りください。予約席が満席でも、来店のお客様が座れるテープルを用意できます。テーブルへご案内するまでの間は、屋外でローストしたばかりの青とうがらしを味わったり、地元のアーティストの演奏を毎晩無料で楽しめます。毎晩の美しい花火とおいしいマルガリータも満喫できます！ 古いポプラの木に囲まれたEl Pintoは1962年の創業で、当時はお店のテーブル数は8台でした。トーマス家の双子の兄弟のジョン＆ジムは家族の伝統を受け継ぎ、El Pintoを作りたての健康的なニューメキシコ料理を提供する本格的な「名店」にしました。本格的なニューメキシコの味をご賞味ください。 鮮度を重視するEl Pintoでは、料理の仕込みを毎日最初から行っています。El Pintoでは、火であぶり手作業で皮をむいた、ニューメキシコ州ハッチ産のチリを使用しています。コロラド州南部産の新豆、チップやフライ作りには健康的なひまわり油、味付けにケルト海の塩、そのほか数多くの地元産のオーガニックな旬の食材を使用しています。

    It was luxurious to dine next to a cozy, warm fireplace on such a cold night. El Pinto's green chili sauce is an incredible side to add to any of their carefully prepared dishes. Marisol, our server spent time to give us a wonderful dining experience. Everything was five stars :-).

    Booked this table for a special occasion 2 months ago. They weren’t ready for us, stuck us in a back room, waitress did her best but we didn’t get our drinks at the same time, food was not up to their usual standard. Just disappointed.

    I asked for chocolate covered strawberries to have set up at the table when I reserved the table and they did not do this

    El Pinto is a go-to for family and friends. The New Mexican food is good, but the margaritas steal the show—especially the spicy one, which is fresh and crave-worthy. Stick with their specialties for the best experience. The service was excellent on our last visit, with a very attentive waitress. I tried the Salmon Valentine special, but it was overcooked and dry, and the strawberry espresso didn’t quite hit the mark. My husband loved his #3 Combo, sticking with what El Pinto does best.

    We had dinner for valentine's day and made an early reservation. We had a nice relaxing meal that was delicious. I had the enchiladas and the red Chile was nice with some spice. My husband had the chicken Florentine off the special valentine menu and he really enjoyed it. Overall We loved the food. Our server was Nobe...he was funny and did a great job. He even gave us some extra sopapillas to take home! I'm looking forward to going back and would like to sit in their outdoor area.
