didnt have booking despite being on my phone. Then shown a high table but when i explained i preferred somewhere nearer the ground they found a normal table. Despite having a large chalkboard with the menu of fayre was told " no kitchen until 630". when we asked why we were told "no chef" Sorry but when does a board of cheese and a board of cold meat require a chef. Even at 630 no food available. So we left In such circumstances something approaching a smile would alleviate matters but in this case a complete indifference from the staff was the only thing on the menu

Good food, fantastic wine and top service. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wine we asked him to choose for us

Excellent choice for lunch with good choice of tapas, sandwiches and main dishes catering for all appetites. All very tasty and good value. Mainly a wine bar with sooo many bottles and also by the glass. Charming, helpful staff. Will go again when in the area.
