Ela Mezze + Spirits is a culinary journey through the diverse tapestry of the Mediterranean, with a welcoming twist that beckons you to explore further. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of VaHi, Ela takes patrons on a Grand Tour of flavors including charcoal-grilled meats, fresh seafood, spices, regional wines and curated cocktails influenced by travels from Morocco to Greece, Israel, Turkey and back. A testament to the region’s history of trade and cultural exchange, Ela’s offerings result in a sensory mosaic as vast and intricate as the sea itself and the lands surrounding it. The lamb belly on Brussel sprouts was the star of the show. Everything came out in a timely manner, our server was wonderful, and the atmosphere was pretty lively but not overstimulating.

Excellent service by Nicole. She took great care of us. The brunch menu had a lot to choose from and we enjoyed our meals tremendously. Great concept and we will return again and again!

I highly recommend this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious. Our server was wonderful and the chicken skewers and hummus were out of this world. Give this a try.

We were a bit skeptical before trying Ela, but we delightfully surprised. Marquita -- warm, informative, attentive -- provided outstanding service. Each of the items on the mezza plate were terrific, with extra toppings that added nice crunch (pomegranate? seeds on the eggplant dip, crunchy chickpeas on the humus). The brussel sprouts were saucy and tasty. The harissa chicken pieces on the skewer were solid, and the greens were great. All in all, we give Ela 5 out of 5 for service and food.
