Welcome to Elm, home to a truly special dining experience in Bright, Victoria.

At Elm, you are made welcome and treated like one of the family.

Channeling the inspiration of Head Monica Melendez, the Elm kitchen offers a “made with love” seasonal menu where the best produce of the region is the local hero. To add to that, our front-of-house team deliver a simple, stylish experience with warmth.

To round out the evening, Sommelier, Cassandra Schnurr recommend perfectly matched wines from our extensive cellar from both local and international wineries.

It had been some time since our last visit to the Elm and it has improved (if that is possible). The atmosphere was quiet with low lighting and the feeling of dining in an old homestead. The wine list was extensive without being overwhelming. The food choices were fabulous. A range that catered for alk needs (including dietary). Would recommend.

Loved our anniversary dinner here. The food was delicious and the staff were knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy working there. The perfect place for a special evening out. If I was still in Bright for my birthday next week I would go back!

Superb food made with imagination and didn't disappoint on flavour! The degustation menu is well worth the money.

Excellent Christmas Eve menu, with the chargrilled prawns a real standout. Beautiful ingredients and well balanced in a lovely setting. Highly recommended.

Exceptional food and service which makes this good value. It’s a pricy night out but brilliant for a special occasion. The service is outstanding and the food seriously delicious!!! This is always our go to when celebrating. ❤️ thank you Elm for another memorable evening

Excellent food and table service. Only area that I felt was not as good as it could have been was the selection of Australian wines by the glass. Two French whites were superb with dinner, but the local wines offered were, in my view, of variable to low standard. The wait staff were attentive, witty and on the ball. Worth the price.

Our dinner was beautifully presented as it was delicious. The staff that served us was Jacinta and she was warm and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better celebration for my mother who is visiting from the Philippines.
