Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

Reserve your seat to 'Sip With The Sommelier', our wine tasting class that invites you to sip and savor 2-3 oz. pours of Greek wines as Ema Sommelier John C. Slatter guides you through the profiles, regions, climates and wineries unique to the country. Hosted in our private dining space, The Vanessa Room, enjoy a selection of Mediterranean-inspired bites as you follow (and sip) along with your own personal wine map! Tickets are $84.95 per person, plus tax (20% gratuity required). Please note this event is served family-style and includes communal seating at Ema. Please let us know of any requests to be seated with other parties beforehand.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Ema! I accidentally made my reservation for the wrong day, but the host staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were seated right away. We ended up at a cozy table near the bar, where our bartender turned server was impressively knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. The food came out well paced and was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful meal! Highly recommend!
