Chef Cary Roy ensures every detail exceeds expectations with carefully-curated menus featuring dry-aged Flannery Ribeye, Tomahawk, New York Strip, and Porterhouse cuts, as well as succulent Iberian Pork Chop. Impeccable service in our modern surroundings makes Ember the hottest reservation for sizzling steaks and evening elixirs.

Parking: You are welcome to self park or to valet at the Reserve, located at 850 Bordeaux Way. We are just a short walk to the Grand Lawn.

Service was excellent food was good. We were there for a birthday when staff learned the comped dessert. Wonderful time. Thank you Ember staff.

Exceeded our expectations tremendously. First time to try this place and the steak was top shelf and and so was the service. Kudos to Bryce for outstanding service from start to finish. Kevin was a great support too. We shall return

Food was amazing, service was great. After dinner we stayed at the bar and the bartenders Julio and Carolina were absolutely incredible! The drinks were perfect, the conversations were awesome but the laughs we shared with them were memorable. Julio and Carolina are amazing people!

Great experience, awesome staff and good food. Trust me I’m from Louisiana and the steak I had was the best. Had some kind of potatoes that they come out in front of you and torch to melt the cheese and they were the bomb.

We had a lovely meal & a delightful server. We knew it was expensive & we sat in a corner where it was a little quieter.

I had an amazing experience at a birthday dinner here! It was my mom’s birthday and we had this great set up with amazing service! Dani was great , and our server Bryce made the night extra special. Food was excellent!

We had an incredible time! Beautiful ambiance, the staff was so professional and respectful. Very attentive and we enjoyed every moment! We took my uncle here for his birthday and he said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had! We even indulged with getting one of each of the desserts and loved every bite. The cheesecake was amazing! Can't wait to dine here again and definitely recommend anything on the menu. PS the au gratin potatoes were incredible!
