    お店の雰囲気はすごく良かったが、事前に予約していたセレブレーションがうまくできず悲しかったし、無料ではなかった

    We had a reservation and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, once we were greeted by our server we had to wait almost an hour to order our food. We were never offered drinks after taking our food order our server basically just left and we had to wait another 20 minutes to tell her we wanted drinks. Other than our not so good service it was decent, the food was good just a bit salty. The view from where we were seated was nice, had good dim lighting. It was also just super loud cause they crammed a bunch of tables together. All in all for the price your paying for a nice dinner it's not worth it, i've had better service at applebees

    We’ve gone to Epic multiple times over the years. Hadn’t been since 2018/2019. Definitely noticed some differences:No valet, no offer to check your coat when being seated, but these were not big deals. Just remember the great service before. Overall service was great and server Dana was amazing! Food was fantastic as I remembered. We dined with my niece and nephew in law from Los Angeles . They loved it ! We will not wait so long to return . Always a great time ! Thank you

    Unfortunately, EPIC STEAKHOUSE was an EPIC MISTEAK!! pun intended This place has an outstanding view - and not much else... boring menu...horrible presentation...felt like a Cheesecake Factory for big kids...faux interiors, lousy execution of meals, sloppy plating. Lobster entree, described as a 1 1/2# Maine Lobster a TOTAL bait & switch. At $180 per person I expect much more than this level of mediocrity. Do NOT waste your time, money.....
