Since 1993, Escalante’s has developed a well earned reputation for traditional, flavorful Tex-Mex food, hand-crafted margaritas and exceptional service. With seven locations across Houston, Escalante's serves the finest Tex-Mex cuisine close to your home or office in Houston. Tortillas made by hand, guacamole prepared fresh for every order, white queso that simmers for hours. Center-cut outer-skirt steak hand-trimmed, marinated, and cooked to order for every beef fajita. Consistent quality is our specialty. Join us for Houston's best Happy Hour Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

    We went for brunch later than usual….things were busier than usual but the staff got it all done like clockwork…..food and drinks were great and our Server (Dora) took care of us like we were family. We will definitely be back!

    Our server Dora was fantastic as usual. The food was great as were the bar drinks. Normally not there in a Friday….it was pretty busy, but the staff made it all happen like clockwork

    Brunch was fantastic as usual. Our server (Betty) is great….she always takes such good care of us. The food was perfect as were the mimosas.

    Ms. Betty is the best! Great ambience and we were able to pick our own seating for table of 6. Beautiful restaurant and delicious food! Parking was simple too. I wished they had happy hour on Saturdays!

    Spectacular Valentine's Day dinner! Service was terrific, from the front desk through dinner, all the way until we left. Considering that the time (7pm) and the day (Valentine's) and the fact that it fell on a Friday night, the whole experience was just plain WONDERFUL! Thanks to the entire team for making it a special date night!

    We went for brunch. Betty was our server and she was fantastic….she even brought us a plate of extra fruit for the mimosas. The food was great as always. We will definitely be back.
