A very poor experience.
We had a booking through Open Table, but when we arrived, there was nobody to greet us; had to wait more than 5 minutes for somebody to take us to our table; then it was a 10+ minute wait for someone to take our drinks order. There was no Coke or Pepsi available. Another 10 minute wait for the drinks to arrive, and the waitress hadn't written our order down, so the Sagres beer was missing. The waitress couldn't tell us which was the vodka & soda & the vodka & lemonade, asking us to taste them to see!
The missing beer arrived later & was slammed down on the table without one word spoken. Rude!
Several times throughout our meal, other waitresses arrived with trays of drinks, which weren't ours.
The meat was good and tasty, but although it was a busy Saturday night, no chicken hearts or sausages made their way to our table.
The floor was exceedingly slippery and grubby, too.
The poor service overall really affected our experience.
We have eaten here many times before, but this time it appeared that standards have dropped considerably; there was no clear management and the serving staff, although pleasant and trying to do their best, we're clearly lacking direction.
The payment system does not accept American Express. Something to consider if that's your preferred payment card.
We won't be returning to Estabulo Beverley.
