    Join us for a collaborative dining experience as the chefs from present tense & etch restaurants come together for an exclusive, one-night-only dinner. Chef/Owner Ryan Costanza of present tense will be joining Chef/Owner Deb Paquette, Executive Chef Jess Lambert, and Executive Pastry Chef Megan Williams of etch restaurant. Each chef will showcase their unique culinary prowess in this collaborative multi-course menu as part of the Dine Nashville programming. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for this intimate, interactive chef-driven dinner. Tickets are $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

    定評通り鹿肉は美味しい。 前菜のsteakのカルパッチョやタコとエビのサラダも良い。 ただ、全体的にアメリカらしい主張のある味であり 日本的な繊細さは無い。 アメリカ人の作った料理をアメリカで楽しむと言う心持ちで。 ただ、実のところアメリカでこのレベルの料理を出す店も少ないのは確か。 そう言う意味では、ここはとても満足がいくと思う。 なおドレスコードは人それぞれで、スーツとドレスで決めている人もいれば、ジーンズや運動靴の人もいるのでどちらでもよい。

    Just a lovely place to dine when downtown. No sense of tourists and traffic. An oasis especially when combined with an evening at the symphony. Icing on the cake was incredible valet service.

    We had such a wonderful experience at Etch! My husband has some food allergies, and the staff was incredibly attentive and diligent to make sure he was safe and taking care of. We had the Valentine’s Day dinner and wine pairings, and everything was spectacular.

    We had lunch at the etch today and it was wonderful! Our server, Shay, was very nice and shared descriptions of the plates. We started with the roasted cauliflower. I had the Butternut Masala Grits. It was spectacular with so many incredible flavors. I added Mahi and that did not disappoint! My husband had the Argentinian Beef Tenderloin. It was so tender and flavorful. For dessert we had the banana ice cream sundae with nuts and salted caramel. That hit the spot! We will be back again soon!

    No notes. Just a great all around meal. I sat at the Bar near the open kitchen and had great service from Brennan.
