Our passion for delicious and healthy food, exquisite desserts, and beverages has led us to the opening of Evergreen restaurant. We have spent nearly two years searching the world for the best recipes, curating the finest selection for our restaurant. The exciting story of our long journey is reflected in our cuisine, the exquisite tastes of each dish presented the unique atmosphere of the restaurant, imbued with the idea of unity with nature, harmony with oneself and the outside world, the desire to appreciate every moment of your life and not waste time on trifles.
Our menu features French desserts by top pastry chefs worldwide and dishes from Georgian, Mediterranean, and Eastern European cuisines.
The coffee machine, designed by espresso inventor Pier Teresio Arduinо produces the best coffee extraction. The original Turkish coffee and baklava, imported directly from Istambul, offer an impressive journey into the heart of the mysterious and attractive Eastern culture.

We had a wonderful dinner! Second time dining there - service was excellent, food was fantastic and the ambience is truly special. I ordered the saganaki for the table and it was as good as the first time I ate Evergreen. Highly recommend!

Fantastic dinner! Everything we had was delicious - Brussels sprouts for an appetizer, I had the short ribs for my entree and my wife had the pierogi. And of course dessert capped it all off, the raspberry and banana desserts were out of this world. Also, the cocktails were also great - martini & smoked old fashioned! Will definitely be going back.

I cannot overstate how impressed we were with this restaurant. The decor, the food, the ambience, the service, the cocktails, the cappuccinos… Everything was perfect. We had such a great experience, and we will definitely be back.
