Zuzu was top notch. Everyone was so pleasant. The host greeted us with a smiling face. The server Evan took his time to ensure we had the best experience ever. His assistant made sure our waters were always filled, clearing plates as soon as we were finished. The manager even came by to wish me a happy birthday and she even gave us a tour of the lounge upstairs. What a great restaurant for Detroit!

Had a wonderful experience at Zuzu. Went for date night. Caitlynne was our server. She did a great job recommending options for us as it was our first time. We tried the yellow tail, shrimp tempura roll, pepper steak and seabass. All 10 out of 10. The ambiance was beautiful. We will be back

Came to Zuzu because we have heard such great things. Decided to spend our girls night out at a new place none of us ladies have been to. Their food and drinks are well worth it. Must try the secret cocktail they offer. The apps are a must. Honey walnut shrimp and sushi are to die for. The sweet and sour chicken was fabulous. Our server made our night. Rosario was a charmer. We look forward to coming back.

Natalie might be the best server we have ever encountered. She was very personable and attentive. As first time customers she took special attention to our allergies. All of her suggestions were great. We had the truffle and scallop roll that had so many wonderful flavors in it. We also tried the A5 skewers that literally melt in your mouth. For dinner my husband and I split the Ny Strip. Cooked to perfection. Zuzu is a beautiful place.

Celebrated our 7th Anniversary at Zuzu. They did not disappoint. Devon waited on us and she was very attentive. The entrees were super filling. We had the Shrimp Lo Mein and Filet. Extremely tasteful. The manager even acknowledged our Anniversary. What a perfect touch to our special night.

At the beginning of the evening I would have given this restaurant a better review. Unfortunately, the bartender this evening on the upper level ruined the evening with her horrible attitude. Basically yelling where is the manager and our drinks not being made until I suggested the bar on the lower level make our drinks. She was very unprofessional. Many people were waiting for drinks when she stormed out. With the price of the meals and drinks and then her ridiculous behavior we walked away feeling cheated as to our evening. We decided we would not go back.

Definitely a great spot for a date night atmosphere is amazing. Love the drink menu.♡ Highly suggests the strawberry martini . Appetizers amazing nicely presented just not a fan of the entries. The one bartender was just on auto pilot. Same routine to everyone, which was just fake and happy. Besides that everyone just looked like they were ready to go home like it was a very unhappy work environment.. BUT WOULD DEFINITELY BE BACK TO ME THIS IS A GREAT SPOT TO MEET FRIENDS OR A DATE NIGHT FOR DRINKS AND APPETIZERS♡

We came for my birthday and had excellent service by Juan. The food was phenomenal and the tiramisu was to die for! Highly recommend.

Had a blast sitting at the bar. Anthony the bartender took amazing care of us. Made fruity off menu drinks for us girls. Even a couple mocktails for my friends who dont drink so they didn't feel left out. Sushi and seabass lettuce wraps were amazing. Cute little spot to hang out.
