We are so excited to get an opportunity to re-open and amazing location in the heart of Vancouver and cook some amazing brunches, dinner, burgers and pizza for all. We will contiune to source local and fresh ingredients and prepare from scratch as many products as we can.

    Was here for the Valentines special with my partner. Have been to the other Fable locations in the past and personally have enjoyed them much more. The food was ok, but underwhelming compared to the mt Pleasant and Kits locations. Service was very good, loved the ambiance, was just disappointed with the quality of the food since we’ve had such great experiences with it before

    We were there with a group of 18 on 7 different bills. The food came out promptly and almost all at the same time, service was friendly and efficient, food was interesting and tasty. Good drink options. Our only complaint was that the minors weren’t allowed in the pool table area. Recommended.

    Had their special brunch for Dine out Vancouver. I ordered the Mimosa, Avocado Smash Toast and my friend ordered a spicy Cesar and the Breakfast. The pineapple Mimosa was yummy and so was her Cesar. The sweet bread starter was tasty. My Avo Smash would have been better if the bread was toasted better and was thicker - it was soggy. The beet hummus was bland and the whole dish just so-so. Would recommend the potato wedges - crunchy on the outside and tender inside. My friend’s breakfast was also just so-so. Other tables ordered sandwiches or burgers which looked amazing so maybe we didn’t order the best dishes. The staff were super friendly and efficient.

    We visited for Brunch and the dine out Vancouer offer. The dining room and service were good and the menu was enticing. I ordered eggs Bennie with smoked salmon, it was tasty, but clearly it was waiting to be delivered as the food was only mediocrely warm and the hollandaise sauce was cold to put it mildly. Solve these problems and a 5/5 would be justified as it was very tasty.

    Great food and friendly staff. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation, but that was not an issue. The waitress was very helpful and kind. We will definitely return.

    Our first time there, we think it was a great experience, all the staff was super friendly and nice. The food great value for money and tasty as well. There is something for everyone. Drinks were on point my cocktails were delicious.

    We love the Fable family of restaurants,this was the first time visiting the Richards street venue and it won't be the last!We started with the lemongrass chicken meatballs that were juicy and delicious.My son had the duck confit and ravioli while I went for the turkey sandwich, like Christmas Day dinner on two pieces of bread!Both delicious! We saved room for the lemon meringue parfait,the toasted topping really made it! Wish I caught the name of our server,he was excellent. Lovely evening out,will visit again next time we are in Vancouver Scott

    It was our first time going there and we will definitely be back. For a downtown Vancouver restaurant I think the price was VERY REASONABLE and the quality of the food was Very Good! We were there on a Saturday evening and I was surprised that it was not more busy. The server was SOOOOO KIND. We had tickets for a show and we mentioned that to her when we arrived. After our food was delivered she looked at the time and aware that we would need to be leaving soon. She took the initiative to ask if we wanted anything else before the bills were delivered. She made some food and drink recommendations and everything was very good. I was very impressed and happy with our experience!! Thanks!

    The fable on Richard’s is not like fable on 4th. Although there was a small quaint section near the entrance, we sat in a large open area that had the feel of a Boston pizza. The service was good, but the food was just ok.
