                                                                                                    Unbelievable!!! Booked for a table for four for Sunday brunch at 12:15. Replied to a text to confirm the day before. Tuned up with my friends to an empty place to be told they weren’t opening the kitchen and of course it was too late to get anywhere else right before Christmas. I left my number for a manager to call me and explain what happened but they haven’t bothered

                                                                                                    We arrived at the restaurant and were notified that the kitchen staff were on PTO. They should have notified all the reservations about the change. I was very disappointed.

                                                                                                    No one greeted us, had to approach someone to tell them we had a reservation, which they seemed confused by. Then they told us the kitchen was closed. Horrible music was blasting it felt like a club. Left and walked to Bar Italia instead, which was fabulous!

                                                                                                    We did not eat there, as there was lack of staff, the place was empty. I love going there, so I was really disappointed. We left & went elsewhere to eat.

The service was great, our orders did not come late, and the food was delicious. The reservation was so quick, the lady that was in front of the door was really helpful! Their staff was so friendly, thank you all! We had a great birthday celebration!

                                                                                                    My booking was cancelled without notification. I arrived at the restaurant and I was told there was an issue with the kitchen. They offered an alternative restaurant however what I booked majorly exceeded the price of the experience and I was not satisfied. It was all very chaotic. I am not recommending this restaurant not because of the food but the service. Staff was fine just the mangement seems to be a bit all over the place.

                                                                                                    Food was very poor. For such establishment right in the city it was just not good . Very disappointed. Service was great staff is very lovely. We had "creole menu " tacos - came on dry piece of wrap with some dry cabbage , jambalaya - rice overcooked and no flavour or salt and pork dish that was supposed to come with plantain was also super dry and cold . Place is very cool so it's a pitty about the food.
