We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours – the slow proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas. Finally, our pizzaioli cook the pizzas in our oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style.

PIZZA

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

The best place to eat pizza, always outstanding. The quality of ingredients could not be better The service from the staff is amazing and India is always very welcoming. The vibe of the restaurant is perfect and this is one of my favourite places to go My husband particularly likes the Unbarred brewery beer also Keep doing what you do best please we love it 🥰

Food and service was great but beware all the soft drinks we ordered were tiny 200ml bottles priced at an extortionate £3.50+ per drink, I've never seen such tiny bottles of coke!

amazing, really nice staff! We sat outside and it was so pretty. They had the heater on and offered blankets. Such a good experience!

Booked a table for 10 for my daughter’s 16th - service staff couldn’t have done more for her. Very special evening - everyone so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it special for her. Great value also! They all loved it and the food!

Ordered starters and mains for 3 of us and it all came together with not enough room on the table! All very rushed and felt like they wanted done and out the way asap!

Always busy so prebooked for Saturday 6.30 to avoid line-up. Service and friendliness of staff excellent. Food was as always lovely ... Best pizza in the city !
