   The team is great; so many tasty starters to share, the pizza selection on the menu is greta that’s very refreshing compared to many others on the high street, ingredients are top quality and so is the food overall. Definitely recommend, won’t disappoint.

   Decent but not great pizza. Large new restaurant and it takes time for the pizza to be made even if they had 3 chefs. It is noisy in there! They have a big outdoor terrace so this place will be very popular in the summer

   We visited the new restaurant in St Katherine Docks on day 3 of its opening . Great pizza but there are some teething issues related to service. We were one of 3 tables and there were plenty of serving staff around. Service is key and having to repeatedly get the attention of the waiters to be served , settle the bill, order dessert detracted from the quality of the pizzas served, Customer focus is the key. I gave verbal feedback at the time in a constructive way which was well received and am hoping this will help them to up their game. This area of London is full of good restaurants ( including Italian) and so competition is high. This good location presents an opportunity and I want them to succeed and not close prematurely, as I have seen with other new entrants recently. Staff are eager and keen but need to be supported both with good focused training around the customer experience and a reliable supply chain of products so everything on the short menu is available. We will revisit in 6 months time to see if things have improved

   Hi Dawn, Thank you so much for your thorough feedback. As you say, we are a new pizzeria and with a new team... it's worth noting straight away that we are so proud of how they have worked hard over the training period and few days and it's very disappointing to read that it's not the experience you felt. Service, food and community is an absolute priority to us, and something we don't like to do any other way than excellently... very sorry that we let you down on the occasion.     The place looks stunning! Being seated right on St Katharine’s dock is an experience itself. Pizza full of flavours, fresh ingredients and lots to choose from. The team was very attentive and they made us feel we were in Napoli! We will def be back for some more
