We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!

Outstanding meal, amazing flavor combinations. Osso Bucco and pappardelle bolognese were stand outs. Reasonably priced wine list. Will definitely go back.

We always make a point of hitting Fattoria after a big day on the ski slopes. Talk about a perfect ending to a great day! Try the chicken cacciatore, the rabbit ravioli, their rib eye with a lobster risotto or the branzino. The staff skis by day and makes you feel right at home. Mangia!

Let me tell you the Bolognese here is to die for! I will be back yearly, forever ♾️ for this dish. The flavors were so delicious & it melts in your mouth. The pastas are made in house, & the fireplace sets the mood. Do not sleep on this restaurant it’s a must when in town. Thanks for being so awesome 👏🏼

Our experience at Fattoria was our best meal during our stay at Beaver Creek. The owner/host, Steve, pays special attention to every guest and makes you feel like family. Josh, our server, was very attentive and provided excellent service. We loved everything we ordered especially the duck ravioli and lasagna. They make their own limoncello, our night it was a pomegranate limoncello, and we enjoyed the cocktail they used it in and again after the meal. We look forward to returning!

This Italian restaurant offers a unique dining experience, providing exceptional food that deviates from the typical Italian cuisine. The lasagne was fantastic! I would highly recommend Fattoria!!

In 20 years skiing Beaver Creek we’ve enjoyed many wonderful restaurants. The last three visits we’ve just been delighted beyond words with our experience at Fattoria! We leave talking about how amazing everything is! The service (Josh the last two years) is professional but personal making you feel as if you’ve made a friend! Ambience is welcoming, comfortable, perfectly conducive to just soaking up the evening! The food has been just out of this world! You are missing out if you don’t try it! Grazie!!!!!

We had a delightful time great service the manager came and paid special attention making sure that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Our waiter was attentive the food was delicious and we stayed till they were closing the doors. On our next visit to Beavercreek we will return

Overall a pleasant experience from the host to the server to the wine and food. I am both gluten and seafood intolerant, but was nonetheless able to find dishes that suit. The veal chop and osso bucco were delicious. The burrata and rabbit tortellini were a hit as well. I had requested an accommodation for my allergy by the kitchen to pan fry rather than deep fry the polenta appetizer to avoid any cross contamination, but it was a bridge too far. But they did serve gluten toasted free bread with the burrata, and for the table, so that’s nice.
