Guests can indulge in elevated Italian comfort food prepared with modern techniques, showcased in a large scale open kitchen adorned with terrazzo and mosaic marble detailing. Our reservation was for 6 people and we came at 5pm. The first impression was that they were not prepared as the hostess was not there, someone else tried to help us instead, restaurant was completely empty and staff was still setting tables:). Then we realized that actually they were just opening and we were the first customers coming a bit too early😊. After 5:30 the restaurant was full of people and very energetic! Food was good, everyone liked their choices, even the cappuccino at the end tasted like an Italian coffee. Although a little pricey for a NJ restaurant, the overall experience was very good and we enjoyed every minute there.

Great entrant for nice dining in Summit NJ. Good food. Good service. Great atmosphere. Great parking. In the historic Grand Summit Hotel (which is now called something else). Very loud though.
