Our award winning head chef Francis Martinez executes a menu that honours local producers to deliver contemporary dishes with a soft french influence. From our celebrated sablefish to the finest local beef, from small delicious snacks to robust courses, we aim to create a special experience for every guest.

The attention to detail we seek starts with our local farmers and producers and transcends to our preparation and cooking styles.               My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were treated to complimentary glasses of prosecco. I had the duck while my wife had the beef short rib. Both were well prepared and tasty. The starters ( tempura green beans and beet salad) were split between the two of us and there was plenty! Only one mixup when our drinks were delivered to the wrong table but otherwise a very enjoyable evening.

              Wow…what an amazing night at FinePrint! Ambience was impressive and the food was remarkable! Loved our server who was very helpful in offering advice on the menu! Bathroom felt like a lounge, which we thought was pretty cool. Overall: ambience, food and service = top notch! Excited to come back again and try more dishes!

              Great restaurant. Food is very good. Service informally very good, and it was this visit but a bit chaotic with training staff and some delays in checking in, menus, etc. Overall well worth the visit even if it is a bit pricey.

              This was our second dinner at FinePrint and we will definitely be returning regularly. Every menu item was superb. They do a great job with vegetables. Our entrees were perfectly prepared, flavourful and unique without being finicky. Don't miss the Bison Tartar. Wow. The ambiance was modern and tasteful, perfect for a date or a celebration without the loud music of so many new restaurants. But I have the say the highlight of our evening was the exceptional service. MEAGAN was truly a terrific server - knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, making great recommendation based on our tastes, upbeat and really nice without being oppressive. She is one of the best.
