    I made reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday. We told the front desk we had a reservation and we were told that we would have to wait because there were no tables available. The older fella with glasses proceeded to explain that they can’t kick other people out. We never suggested that, but why take reservations if people can just come in and take tables that are suppose to be reserved. They need a new system when it comes to reservations. Our server was great, but the food was mediocre. We came, we tried, we won’t be back.

    This was my 3rd attempt at getting a steak cooked to order. The previous times I ordered the steak medium and it was served rare. Had to return it to finish cooking. This time I ordered the 12oz ribeye medium-well. They got it right this time. I ordered a side Caesar salad, that was a complete disappointment. Instead of the "green" of the Romain lettuce it was mostly the core cuttings. This was not the way this salad should be made. More like they used the left over cuttings. The noise level was very high and it was difficult to hear any conversation. Our server was great, and no issues.

    The new steak sandwich was excellent cooked beautifully. Enjoyed a great deal. The other person got the new steak wrap not thrilled. Will not order again. Other person had the ribs, which are always excellent anytime we order them.  French toast was just OK. However, we’ve never had a bad meal at Firebirds and still consider it the best for the buck in town!! We Love, happy hour, always enjoyable, good crowd, good food. Really hope you all bring the pretzel back that was our favorite. In other words, get yourself to Firebirds and try it☘️. I promise you will return. M
