    First time - and likely last time - diners. Service was terrible. Waited over 45 min just to have bread delivered to the table while we were awaiting our food. Waiting over an hour to be served our meal is entirely unacceptable. Food was at best mediocre. We dine out every Saturday evening and are always in search of top quality dining experiences to add into our rotation, but I’m sorry to say Firebird’s just didn’t make the grade. I was rooting for it, too, because it is so close to where we live. Maybe just a bad night but total bill was high enough that it’s simply not worth the risk of giving it another try.

    We were celebrating a birthday with a few friends. Our server, Barbara, was amazing! The restaurant was experiencing heating problems but our group toughed it out. Barbara was kind enough to comp us with coffee to help warm us up. My husband and I split the BBQ ribs, which is generally fall of the bone tasty. Not this time. We had to saw what little meat there was off the bone. But Barbara contributed to the birthday celebration with her outstanding service! We even shared a piece of birthday cake with her! Ask for Barbara - you'll get treated like royalty!

    We love Firebirds Grill! but our very busy waiter did not give us the salad we had requested. Our salmon was black on the bottom. We decided not to note any of this to the management as we were in a hurry. We need to be not only patient with our busy waiter but also be sure our food is what we had ordered and expected. We'll be back!

    My fish was very good, wife's steak was thin and gristly. Chicken tortilla soup and other accompaniments were fine. Overall probably not deserving of this price point, but not bad. But the service was abysmal. Only after two people had come by the table asking if anybody was helping us did our server make contact. Our drinks took *forever* to come, and we were never offered more. We weren't given bread. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Instead of walking around the table, our server just handed one of us her entree plate across the table, and it was painfully hot. Too many good restaurants in town to recommend this one or to make a return visit.

    Busy night as expected. Service was awesome. Food was good, which is why we were there! Hadn’t been to Firebirds for a while, so happy we could get back there.
