    We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds today. Our waitress Emily was so efficient. She was very attentive. My husband had a burger and I had a mixed greens salad. Both were spot on! We both love the cilantro lime dressing. Thank you Firebirds for a great dining experience! See you again soon!

    Our server was wonderful, the food (as always) so good. It is a pleasure to make Firebirds our favorite Sunday lunch.

    Server had little people skills, had to ask multiple times for condiments. Out of drink which was never checked or refills offered. Ordered aged ribeye but it appeared to me to be a NY strip and was tasteless and tough, cooked correctly. Colorado salad appeared to have old lettuce that was browning and scant. Bread was delicious. Unusual for this restaurant but disappointing.

    Had a wonderful dinner , My husband and I decided to choose their three course meal. Every course was bigger than expected and we brought home half of our main course because the portions were just too large. All things tasted delicious and we had a wonderful server. Firebirds is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is worth trying for a special occasion.
