    The Food was exceptional and cooked to perfection. Our just was very engaging and checked in on us consistently. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

    First time dining here. Had the grilled salmon and shrimp, was not that great. The sauce was way too salty for my liking. Service was ok, drinks were good but pricey and had way too much ice and not enough of the actual drink.

    Firebird"s is well worth the time and money. Veronica, our server, was wonderful. She was on top of our every need. Our dining experience was excellent. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and my baked potato was excellent. I am very particular about my potato. My wife has some special medical needs, and her needs were accommodated eagerly by the staff. We could not ask for a better experience.

    I feel that the quality and service that we got was somewhat lacking, especially for the price being charged for the entrees that we ordered. The Steak salad had undercooked steak thrown on top of some greens with diced tomatoes thrown in. That's pretty much what it looked like when it arrived at our table. While the Steak sandwich was tasty, the Steak was slightly undercooked for medium and was not properly sliced for a sandwich. I had to pull off pieces of fat that I could not bite into that were in the middle of the sandwich itself. I also thought it was the wrong type of bread as it started falling apart as I was trying to eat. A nice firm baguette would have held up better. Lastly the service was ok but not anything to remark about except not once did she offer to refresh our drinks. Again, paying over $60 when you add in the tip, you expect a better all-around quality.

    Our server was Josh. He couldn’t have been more pleasant. The food and service were both amazing. We love Firebirds!

    The service was excellent, but my soup and steak were cold. The manager came by to apologize and comp my meal. Overall, a disappointing experience
