FishWorks Covent Garden is an absolute essential for seafood lovers.

The restaurant offers a traditional wet fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can select any fish or crustacean with our fishmonger and have it cooked there and then to your liking.

This chic stylish restaurant is only minutes away from the bustle of Covent Garden, on Catherine Street. The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere for corporate dining and enjoying a pre-theatre meal before hitting the West End. There is also a private areas available to hire on request and a chic oyster bar.

ミュージカル前の軽い食事でしたが、生牡蠣、エビも大変新鮮で美味しく味付けも良かったです。 wineもすっきりした味わいでシーフードによく合いました。

ロイヤル・オペラハウスの公演前に夕食を摂るために予約した。ドーバーソールを食べたかったので、シアター前のセットメニューではなく、単品でオーダーした。時価となっており、サイドディッシュのほうれん草に水と合わせて７０ポンドだった。少し高かったがとても美味しかった。店は満席状態で少し騒々しかったが、これが普通のことだと思う。

Fishworks Covent Garden offers some fantastic seafood, but unfortunately, the lobster was a major letdown. While other dishes we ordered were excellent—well-prepared, flavorful, and fresh—the lobster did not meet expectations. It was much smaller than expected, and though the menu does not specify size, the portion felt inadequate for the price. More importantly, the lobster did not taste fresh. The meat was soft and lacked the firm texture of a truly fresh lobster, making me question how long it had been sitting before being cooked. This was especially disappointing given the restaurant’s claim that seafood arrives fresh daily. Overall, while we enjoyed most of our meal, the lobster was not worth it. If you visit, I’d recommend sticking to their other seafood offerings.

Really lovely food. We had the fish platter which was wonderful - really great flavours on everything. Desserts were also lovely and great service - very friendly. And well priced also, didn’t feel overly expensive like a lot of fish restaurants. Would definitely go again.
