Fitzgerald's Restaurant is an upscale barbecue restaurant located right on beautiful Lake Superior. With such a picturesque location, part of the reason patrons come here is simply for the stunning views, particularly as the sun sets over the water. Fitzgerald's takes full advantage of this, with a huge patio that is located mere steps away from the lakeshore.Fitzgerald's smokes everything fresh every single day using local hardwood. Some of the appetizers here include risotto fritters, pickled seasonal veggies, chicken wings, rib tips and even a pork belly French toast served with a maple bourbon glaze. In addition to typical barbecue fare like brisket and smoked chicken, Fitzgerald has premium burgers and sandwiches like the PB&B burger with peanut butter and bacon as well as the smoked tempeh bahn mi with radish, carrot, pickled cabbage, cucumber, cilantro and avocado almond dressing with the option of adding pork belly as well.
