THE EVENT: Two leading Sommeliers compete to pair the perfect wine with each course at a decadent 4-course dinner. You vote to pick the winner, who proceeds to the final showdown. CHOOSE YOUR DATES ON THE ABOVE TAB Round 1- Jan 13 Round 2- Feb 18 Final- March 25 THE DINNER: Reception with canapés, 4-course dinner, and 9 wines.                                       口コミを見て良い評価だったので、予約して、行きました。 期待しすぎてとても残念でした、料理が美味しくないです。味濃いめです。 景色はいいけど、窓際ではなかったので全然意味なかったです。

                                      今回は初めての利用です。Webで調べて一番近くで、シーフードが美味しい店で検索したらこちらの店だったので、このサイトから予約していきました。 行ってみると、港とノースバンクーバーの山々が一望できる席でとてもいい席でした。 また、食事は日本人シェフ？のアレンジか、日本のような細かい仕事が感じられる食事で、素材はもちろん地元の食材をたくさん使っているようで素晴らしく美味しかったです。 デザートワインとして、おすすめのアイスワインも堪能し、素晴らしいバンクーバーの夜になりました。 また、機会があれば来たいレストランです。

                                      The entire experience was wonderful - excellent food, friendly service and nice atmosphere. Comparable to Michelin star quality places we have been to. Every course was exceptional. The obscura specialty cocktail was unique and amazing. The wine pairing was perfect with the meal. Best meal we have had in Canada!

                                      The Christmas dinner special was spectacular and don't forget to bring a full wallet!! The 5 course meal was absolutely spectacular with the tenderloin and the scallops stealing the show. Michael, our server was on the ball, funny and attentive but not overly. The rest of the staff were on point as well with everything and we had 6 people to the table with every one of them engaging and efficient with their service. The star of the show however was the general manager, Jason who made us Cafe Diabos at the table. Jason was spot on with his origin story and the history here in Vancouver. He repeated the same spectacular show at at least 6 tables and one of them asking for the event twice! It is a must visit for everyone that is out of a special evening in Vancouver. Plan for this one!
