Pure Spice is a traditional Chinese restaurant. One of the most important things for the kitchen staff here is delivering only the freshest ingredients possible to its customers. This is why Pure Spice only uses non-processed ingredients. Also, none of the vegetables used in the dishes are ever frozen or canned. All of the greens come fresh directly from Pure Spice's suppliers, every day.To make it easy for guests, Pure Spice divides its menu up by protein. Under the beef section, diners will find dishes like ginger beef, beef & broccoli, and the always popular Mongolian beef. Chicken options in sweet honey chicken, spicy General Tso's chicken, tangy orange chicken and even a whole organic chicken that is perfect for 2-4 guests, depending on how hungry everyone is. There are also other Pure Spice specialties available like five spice duck and the spicy garlic lamb shabu shabu pot.

Excellent food, supberb wine list on an iPad, extremely good service all at great price! Suggest the fillet. Just perfect. Delicious mash potatoes, snappy green beans come with...no ala cart ordering here. Get a table by the fire on the deck overlooking the lake, or in winter, ask for a seat near the deck so you can see the outdoor fire from window. Romantic!
