I was not impressed by the new restaurant. Waited for our reservation for 45 minutes. We walked in and there was a large reception area with people waiting for their reservation. We felt like we were in Cheesecake Factory. Food was not impressive either.

Second visit to the new location. First time was very good. I ordered the small bone-in ribeye. It was excellent. This time not so good. I ordered the same cut. Fatty and grizzly. My dinner companions had the tuna and filet which were excellent. However, both our steak knives were the dullest I've ever had in a steak house. I'd like to note our server was outstanding.

Our service & food was fabulous. When we arrived on time for our 6:45 reservation we were told they were running a little behind. About 15-20 minutes later our party of 6 was sat in the bar area. When I asked why we were being sat in the bar area when our reservation was for the main dining room I was told we would need to wait 1 hour before they could seat us because they were overbooked! When we were almost done with our appetizers someone came & told us they had a table available now & they could move us to the dining room. Well we weren’t going to move while we were still eating our appetizers. It was very disappointing how that was handled. At the end they did comp our apps which was a nice gesture but I do wish they would manage their reservations better.

This was an opportunity for me and my best friend to ring in the new year. What a better way than to do it at Flemings! We did an early dinner, and we seated in one of their booths, which was perfect. The service was unobtrusive and perfect. The food was beyond words. We decided to do the Wagyu experience and a fillet. We didn’t do appetizers so that we wouldn’t fill up and be able to enjoy our steaks and sides. I highly recommend the Wagyu experience! You receive complete instructions as well as all the tools and accessories you need for the experience. The steak comes to you seared and rare sliced. In the center of your table is a super hot stone 500°. You receive miso (amazing)! , Horseradish sauce, and black salt. If you don’t like your steak rare, you can place it on the stone and cook it to your liking. The beef is the most amazing meat you will ever taste anywhere. My fillet was also perfectly cooked medium. I have to admit I did partake in the Black salt, which was my favorite! For sides, we had mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus. For dessert, we had chocolate gelato homemade made by the chef and a chocolate lava cake which comes with vanilla ice cream. Nic was our server and his service was absolutely outstanding. Thank you, Flemmings, even on a most busy Saturday night at the beginning of the year you made our experience and experience that will last with us for a long time until we see you again, which will be very soon. Thank you again and happy new year.

Staff was kind friendly attentive. Food was excellent. When steak was chewy mgr comped meal and presented an alternative to our liking. It was fabulous.

You cannot go wrong at Flemings. Everything is "top drawer" from the food, to the decor to the ambience. Even better, pair that with the best service in town. Try the Mushroom Brie soup. You'll be back for it again and again.

Great food. Great service. Very friendly. Fairly fast service given the large crowd. It was our anniversary and all of the staff congratulated us and provided the table with glasses of champagne and some treats after dinner.
