We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel it is essential to share it. The service we encountered was subpar, especially considering the prices charged. After our initial drink orders, the waiter did not return to check on us, which was frustrating. Additionally, we requested a specific type of meat but did not receive it. Even though the restaurant was full and busy, this does not excuse the lack of attention we received compared to other tables. We also noted in our reservation that we were celebrating our son's birthday and requested a candle for his slice of cake, but unfortunately, this request was overlooked. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to consider their options carefully before dining at this establishment, as it did not provide the value expected for the price paid.

Most of the meat was overcooked and under salted/marinated. The sides were mid and the buffet was lacking options. Service was slow and the manager on duty yelled at a server in front of us. It was our anniversary and it was unfortunate that it did not meet our expectations.

We went for a celebration and we were seated next to screaming children at 3 different tables surrounding us. I made multiple notes about the celebration, the celebration was never recognized. We were asked what meat we would like, we asked for lamb chops, it took 35 minutes to get them.

Second and last Christmas at Fogo De Chão. We made reservations and were put in the lobby next to the Christmas tree. We had to walk through the service entrance or go through the host stand with 100 people to get our plates from the marketplace. We won’t be back for Christmas or for any other occasion.
