   Our original server seemed so distracted and everything from drinks to table sides took a long time. I almost just let it go but then her friends came to dine and she just stood by their table and chatted the entire time. Our server was changed to Dolce and she was amazing! Very attentive without prompting. It seemed that she took over the rest of the table from the previous server because like I said, she was just stuck chatting with her friends at this point. Anyway, we enjoyed our meal as always. The gauchos are amazing as always. But Dolce made our experience a much better one. So glad she took over. We’ll make sure to find her next time!

   The team that worked there was awesome. We had great servers as well as the team that came around with the protein. In an entirely pleasant way, there were several people who were seeming to help the main waiter, bringing out drinks, etc. They were all great. The food of course was great. The cold bar as well as the meats spectacular. And wine that was recommend was tasty. Wonderful upscale evening.

   I was expecting better food and better service. The guys serving the meat were good but the regular servers were pretty bad. Won’t be going back again.

   While the food was delicious, we were sat all the way in the back near the bathrooms. Really shouldn’t even have a table there…it was not a good experience. People walking by nonstop and the odors…I literally got queasy and couldn’t enjoy the food any more. When you’re paying that much, you expect a good experience and this was not it.

   They didn’t bring as much food around once it got busier. The waitress’ were very attentive, communicative, and fulfilled every request.

   Our return to Fogo was a very memorable one. Edson C, reached out to invite us back for dinner and all of our expectations were exceeded. We booked our return dinner on a Monday evening, for my fiancée and I, and the restaurant was not very busy, and the noise level was low, allowing us to have a pleasant conversation. The gauchos, and staff were very attentive, and this was by far the best dining experience we have had recently. We had multiple cuts of beef offered: picanha, ribeye, top sirloin, fajita, flank, and were very impressed with the level of service. The drinks were great (we had an old fashioned and a caipirinha) and we are thankful for Fogo's attention to customer satisfaction. We encourage anyone selecting this brand to visit this location!

    Server was horrible. Asked for water and cocktails then left and never came back for some time. People wanted clean plates and they were hard to get. The food hardly ever came around. It was like they were running out or something. Just got beef. One lamb roast. I’ve been to other Fodo de Chao and not like this. Salad bar was good but did need some looking after.
