I made a reservation and still had to wait an hour. The first person that greeted us at our table asked if we’d dined there before, we said no and she still did not stay to explain so we felt lost. I stopped another person to see if I could get some additional info about food options because I read online there was seafood available…when I asked about seafood he said it was available but would be an additional charge. When I said that was fine, he just stood there looking at me. So I asked how do I order it? With the people serving the meats or??? Sensing the staff was in a hurry or preoccupied, I asked for a menu and He replied “it’s not that complicated.” From there I was put off for the rest of the night. The salad bar looked trashed, the meats were just ok. I don’t see what the hype is over this place. For the money I paid, I could have went to a very nice restaurant with far better options and much better service. I will never return to this restaurant.

Came back to give Fogo another try after a previous poor experience. Our reservation was seated over 50 minuets after our time. Server came to the table after nearly 10 minuets wait and me asking the host for service. I asked 8 times to various people to try the filet, and only past an hour into service did we get to try their filet. One drink took over 15 minuets to be delivered. Server was kind but that’s best thing about our visit. Just overall poor experience and really takes away the time we wanted to enjoy out.

Had a 6:45 reservation. Arrived at 6:40. Didn’t get seated till 8:00 pm and not before I had gone to the stand to complain a couple times. I had kids with me and had to keep assuring them we will eat soon to keep them calm. This is the second time this has happened, albeit the first time was at the Legacy West location. Once seated, ordered drinks and literally didn’t get three of our four drinks for an hour, no exageration. One was a strawberry lemonade. On the plus side, the managers were apologetic and magnanimous, even offering us gift cards for use on future visits. It was we could do to keep everyone in good spirits, recognizing that it was Christmas Day after all and these folks were doing the best they could under the circumstances. I write only to let the establishment know this happened and suggest it reevaluate its reservation system so folks don’t make reservations and still have to show up and wait for over an hour.

Was very excited to eat here for a family Christmas dinner. When we arrived to check in for our 6:30 reservation they informed me that they were running an hour behind for reservations!! Very poor management on their part. Once we finally got seated after the host told us twice that there was only two people I front of us, it took forever in between for the meats to come by our table. Overall could have just been a better experience but they were definitely not prepared well.

The only reason I gave four stars is that we made a reservation then had to wait 45 minutes. I understand a busy holiday but I felt like having a reservation didn’t really matter

Terrible experience at this specific location. I have dined here twice now and both times were Terrible! I would not recommend this location at all, go to the Addison location it's worth the drive. The service, management and food as well as offerings palenin comparison to the Addison location. They just can't get it together here! But, the restaurant itself is esthetically pleasing.

Food was pretty good but we had to request the bone-in ribeye 3 times and wait for at least 30 mins before they brought it. You could tell they’re tight with the ribeye and don’t bring it around. Why put it on the regular menu if you don’t want to serve it? A server also grabbed our credit card and ran off before bringing us the bill. Ended up overcharging us for items we didn’t order which took 20 mins to fix. Seems like they’re hoping you don’t check your bill.

Don't come on a holiday or an eve to a holiday. They claim that they are having a holiday meal - and charge you double for lunch. We went yesterday to eat lunch with our children - and they charged us $64 per person for lunch. The only difference between this lunch and any other lunch fogo has is that they had a sweet potato casserole. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THE SAME. THE SALAD BAR WAS IDENTICAL TO ANY OTHER DAY, THE MEAT DISHES WERE THE SAME. They seem to think that since it is an eve before a holiday - that they can charge double for lunch - call it a holiday meal and charge dinner prices for lunch. Not sure about you - but lunch to us is normally a 45-60 minute thing....so walking out with steak restaurant prices for lunch is bull. The pricing shouldn't change based upon day of week - particularly when the day is a weekday. There is no reason for double the prices for a non-holiday weekday....it should be the same as other weekday pricing for lunch.
