   We normally go to the Rosemont location; but the level of service, the brightness of the space, and the energy of the staff has made this location our new home!!!

   This is not the first time we have visited, we have never been disappointed with the service and food, but this time for Easter we dissatisfied and disappointed, we waited 45 minutes to be seated , my son 6 year old was seated on the floor , a lady named Maria stood at the entrance, even when I asked how long we would have to wait, she turned away as if she didn't hear me, as people came and I heard their reservation was for 2 o'clock, they were seated immediately and ours was 1:30 and we still waited, when I asked to call the manager, they seated me immediately but I didn't have the opportunity to talk to the manager, we never had experience like this , they not even said sorry.

   I had a table for one at Fogo de Chão in Oakbrook for Easter, and the holiday brunch churrasco was outstanding. Every cut was flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the market table was fresh and abundant. Service was first-rate—attentive without being overbearing. I left fully satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit.

   It was very nice but noisy and difficult to get our server, it felt more like a  banquet hall, very noisy and busy, the staff was well dressed but the clientele were mostly undressed wearing jeans and T-shirt and gym shoes, and even some men had baseball caps, and worst of all, too many young kids, putting their most likely dirty hands on dishes and touching the food at the market bar,so if you’re looking for an elegant place to dine, this isn’t the place for you, I was very disappointed, my wife and I were dressed up as well as the hostess and staff, not a romantic place at all, I am not a fan of getting my own food from a salad bar.

   Very rushed and chaotic. The environment was extremely loud and from the moment we sat down, I felt they were trying to flip the table. Food was fine but nothing was great.
