So when I got there it was crowded full of people waiting at the door should’ve been a little organized to get to host. It took 30min to get my drink’s for me and my lady and if your doing the all you can eat meats don’t sit in the back room nobody came really back there but two people with damn chicken and short rib I had to ask the waiter can you send someone back there cause they all in the front with everything. But the meats was seasoned that’s a plus and drinks was good as well just need better sides and if anybody is willing to try them tell them you want to be in the front cause I will never do that back room with that awful service and seeing people out in the front of the salad bar getting the best experience

The experience was average, nothing special. I feel as if they may have overbooked for Valentine’s Day. My wife and I and many other guests were standing around waiting for a table to open. We personally waited for at least 15 minutes past our reservation time. They did offer us grilled cheese during our wait so that was nice. Overall, everything was pretty decent.

The experience was just ok. I have been to Brazilian style steakhouses before, and this one for it to be much more expensive did not live up to my expectations. The food was just ok, but most of the meats were very bland to me. What did stand out was the cheese bread that was drizzled in and honey and the pork belly drizzled in honey. They were amazing. Would I go again, no. But don't let my experience put a bad taste in your mouth, try it for yourself.

Not enough staff or not well trained. Saw our waitress two times and had to ask others to assist in grabbing plates, asking for napkins and getting our drinks. We had three people touch my bill and after 5 minutes was brought the receipt. Perhaps since it was a busy holiday? I may try it again but there are other places similar with a better experience every visit.

The service was from start to end was horrible the one waiter was all over the place not really focus the seating was for 15 . 13 was present we constantly had to ask for the meats of our choice to come to the table . This was not my first time there but my worst experience. I have been to quite a few of the franchises from dc to Vegas and most times it’s with a large party and this was the worst I will never go back to this franchise I rather drive to DC than go back there and another thing the meat folks didn’t speak English was was so annoying

I had dinner tonight- a party of 3. The meat was very good, when they actually came to the table. The restaurant wasn’t full and at one point it was 10 mins that we’d been sitting there with empty plates. During the time that we waited for them to come over, we watched them walk over to the section behind us 3 times and we were right beside the kitchen. Both rounds of our bar drinks took 20 mins to arrive. The cucumber smash and mojito were very good. My fiancée’s glass had something black stuck to the inside. I understand that happens, but when she kindly asked for another water glass, the server looked as if she was annoyed. The salad bar is mediocre at best. There wasn’t a single thing on it that was appealing to any of us. Finally, at the end of the meal, this man kept coming over to the table. When we said we weren’t interested in dessert, he ran to get our check (to beat our server to the table) and asked us to complete a review. He told us his name was Kevin the Customer Service and that his partner was named Jaqueline. After scanning the QR code, he stood over us to try to make sure that we did the review. He said at least 3 times, “see the stars right there? Click there.” He finally walked away. After he walked away, as I was signing the check, his partner (who also wasn’t our server) approached us. She asked us if we wanted dessert and we said no thank you. She said, “you sure? On us.” We said no thank you and she said, “you can take it to go if you want.” We once again told her no thank you. I don’t normally write reviews, but because Kevin was so adamant that we complete a review, I thought I should be honest.

Everything was great. The meats could use better seasoning to add to flavor but it wasn’t bad at all.
