Forte is the new fun Greek restaurant in the heart of Kolonaki, on the historical Charitos Street, at number 43.
This restaurant sets our nights on fire by playing Greek music while it combines comfort and fun. However, its asset is the cuisine of Dimos Balopoulos, where he presents Greek flavours in the form of mezze, full of images, delicacies and memories of family tables, that beautiful routine of "eating together".

The restaurant was closed. We spent money on a taxi to get there and back to our hotel. In between we had to find somewhere to eat dinner on a busy Saturday night in athens. Very disappointed in open table. Will be very careful before booking again and will let all of our friends, who like us, travel a lot that open table is an unreliable service —especially abroad where frankly we need it most.

I am a new visitor to Athens and Greece, coming in for a couple of days before a conference and found this wonderful restaurant! The food is incredible and appears at first glance to be simply prepared but then surprises with unique flavors, creating a fresh spin on the palate. Strongly recommend the green bean dish- haven’t had anything like it!”. The restaurant is in a really lovely and tranquil part of Athens- it is definitely not a tourist trap as it appeals to locals as well as visitors. In addition to wonderful cuisine, the entire wait staff was very attentive. Highly recommend!!
