    The only part of our stay at the Joseph that wasn’t awesome was the experience with Four Walls … looked like a great place to end the night, booked a table via the OpenTable App, left Broadway early to visit Four Walls, arrived 5 mins before our reservation to a sign that said they were closed. Hotel staff was not aware of why they closed early.

    Our second time here, service will be the reason we do not return. We were a party of 5. My wife and I arrived prior to the rest of the party and were seated. We waited 10 to 12 minutes. There were only two couples at the bar and just us. My wife got up and walked to the bar and asked if we could get a drink. She was treated rudely and told to sit down and he’d be over. Finally came over and took our drink order and continued to act like we were an inconvenience. Then after he made the drinks he got on his phone to show one of the couples something and talk to them. We were seated at 6:15 and finally got our cocktails 20 to 25 minutes later. Also the tip is included in the bill so I wasn’t allowed to tip appropriately which would have been ZERO. Our party had 1 drink each and we left after an hour to have dinner at Yolan’s, which was amazing. We will never be back to Four Walls and we will speak openly about our experience to all our friends. This place which is supposed to have a cool speakeasy vibe is not worth the money.

This is not the level of service or hospitality we aim to provide, and I’m truly sorry that we fell short. The way you were treated is unacceptable and does not align with our standards or the welcoming environment we strive to create. I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel ignored and disrespected, especially when you came expecting a memorable evening. Your feedback about the delayed service, lack of attention, and perceived attitude of our team member has been taken very seriously, and I will personally address these concerns with the staff to ensure this does not happen again.

    Excellent! I highly recommend Four Walls! The journey to finding it was great, the ambiance was amazing and the drinks were delectable. The mixologists were top notch!

    Ambiance was great! Service wasn't the best, which is a shame because we've loved coming in the past. A few drink orders were messed up and server was agitated as if it was our own fault.

    Inventive and delicious cocktails crafted by Mickey. He was wonderfully attentive and made great suggestions. Nice ambiance, too. Highly recommend!

    Drinks were good but service was not very good. I guess I don't understand the business model. You have two bartenders that also serve as waiters. The bar was fairly busy so it took awhile for someone to come take our drink order. Once we were done with our first drink it took a good 20 minutes to order a second drink and that was after our group of four had to go up to the bar. We also had to go up to the bar after waiting around 15 minutes after we finished our final drink to pay our tab. Bartenders was pretty dismissive. If you are going to basically pay 20-25 for a each cocktail, I would have expect better customer service. I don't know if we would ever go back again but if we did we would sit at the bar.

    Went for after dinner cocktails. Pricey, but the cocktails were innovative and expertly crated. Service was top notch. Music was good but a little too loud.
