We had reservations for 4:15pm on Thanksgiving. We were not seated until 4:45. The hostess was not very friendly. Upon approaching our table we noticed numerous open tables not being used, yet we had to wait 30 minutes for our assigned table be used “it needed to cleaned off”. The server Destiny was exceptional. The food was cold. Very disappointed in our Thanksgiving dinner. Will not be returning.

Really easy to use, reservation was made and we got in on time. The food was fantastic and our wait staff was amazing and friendly and very happy, especially considering how busy they were! Plan to do it again next year.

Service was horrendous... We were party of 3 with a 5-month advance reservation for 1:45 pm. We were on-time but was told to take a seat... We waited till 2 pm (with no text received). I went to the hostess station and a different hostess finally said our table was ready. Great! BUT, they had lost the repurchase ticket for 2-pies that we ordered in advance. Our waitress service was the slowest we have ever experienced. We had to ask a 2nd server (Chase) to help us with service. He was able to tend to tables behind us, completely servicing their guests in super timely manner. Luck wasn't on our side with our regular server..... She would disappear and wouldn't show up in a timely manner like the adjacent tables server, Chase. Chase saved the moment and became the highlight. But, overall, your experience will be a hit or miss.... Good Luck!

The last two years we’ve been there for Thanksgiving it’s just been okay. Stuffing has way too much seasoning or something in it, mashed potatoes were stiff, and the squash was just ok. The chicken is always super good. Even the noodles this time were subpar. Everything came out barely warm and got cold very fast. I don’t know. Just seems it was better before. Not to mention, for four people without the tip it came to 161.00. That’s just with regular soft drinks, too. No alcohol or anything extra. Just four all you can eat chicken dinners and four sodas. Just seems a little steep with the food not as great as it always has been.

We have ALWAYS loved going to Bravarian Inn restaurant for our family Thanksgiving meal and never had a problem like we did this year. We had 16 people in our party and 13 got the all you can eat chicken dinner and 3 of us got the all you can eat chicken and turkey dinners. Not only did they not bring enough chicken for all of us to have at least 1 piece, the ones that got the turkey plate was only 3 small pieces to eat. Clearly not enough for a party of 16 to have "all we can eat"! Then some of us were still waiting for our first helping chicken and turkey to be brought to our table, only to wait at least 10-15mins just to get our first go around let alone more chicken for our second helping of chicken and turkey. They told us they put an "order in" only to see other tables with smaller parties have more than enough for their party to have 3 pieces each for each guest while we still waited. Beyond frustrating!! Not only that, but one of the tea drinks that a person in our party ordered had a fly on the inside of the glass dead in the tea! Disgusting! When it was pointed out, the server had the gall to ask if our family member brought the fly in with her! Are you kidding me!! Most servers would be embarrassed and try to get it taken care of right away. We couldn't believe it! To "make it right" they said we can give you a dessert, not comp the meal for what she dealt with. The dessert that was given was a hallow tunnel like pastry. What a let down especially after spending over $700 for the meal and tip! Needles to say we be having Thanksgiving at home next year and end this tradition that was started years ago. So sad!
