Premier Steakhouse located in the heart of Downtown Salem! All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef broiled with intense heat, seasoned with kosher salt, cracked pepper, and finished with clarified butter. A variety of seafood appetizers and entrees, family style sides, and our signature pineapple martini. Make sure to start with one of our delicious salads and finish with our famous bread pudding for dessert. Everything is made from scratch in house by our Executive Chef. Large bar and lounge area, main dining room, and 2 private event spaces.

Enforce your dress code! I'm paying big bucks to eat in a nice establishment and allowing customers to dine wearing ballcaps and worn jeans degrades the experience (several diners were dressed as such during my visit). I know that sounds snooty, but going out to a high end restaurant is what makes special occasions special. This is Frankie Rowlands...NOT Denny's! When I made my reservation, it said "Business casual"...not "Wear your Walmart best".

Best white table cloth dining I've experienced in the Roanoke valley. High quality was evident in both ingredients and cooking, service was great, and the wine list... fantastic.

One steak ordered medium was delivered rare. One steak ordered medium rare was delivered well done. Both steaks were delivered barely warm - not hot out of the oven. Waitress was good but service was extremely slow. Chocolate lava cake had no taste. Cost is terribly excessive - especially considering poor food and slow service

Exceptional food, drinks , and service. So happy that Frankie Rowland’s Restaurant now has a Salem location….offers a real high-end dining option for folk in Montgomery County Over the top expensive . Designed interior but dreary, depressing decor.
