   Service extremely slow…Beef Borginion was not as it used to be. Cheap sauce and flavors.

We strive to provide excellent service and delicious food and do apologize that our Boeuf Bourguignon of that night did not live up to your expectations! We are continuously trying to improve our dishes and will definitely take this into account! We hope that you choose to dine with us again soon, next time please try our Tuna or Steak Tartare, as well as our Filet Mignon or black Truffle Gnocchi- flette, they are all a MUST !    Unique spot. Insane pricing for a pot of cheese but the novelty factor makes it a must. Would go back for lunch

   Dear Brooke, Thank you so very much for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere of our truly authentic French bistro- reminiscent of a mountain chalet in the Alps! We believe in providing a memorable experience that cannot be found anywhere else in Aspen and hope that our prices - most of them accommodated by Aspen standards- are justified by the overall experience. All of our Swiss cheeses are imported, Gruyère, Beaufort, Comté and Vecherin and it is prepared gluten free with a touch of white wine and our traditional Kirschwasser. Please come back and see us for lunch or our popular Happy Hour, we will be happy to give you recommendations to make this stay unforgettable.    Way too cramped. Uninviting atmosphere. Food was mid to okay. Not worth the price. The romantic vibe is completely ruined by the loud music, cramped seating, and party atmosphere.

However, we are also deeply saddened that we were not able to meet your expectations, we strive to provide delicious food and a cozy atmosphere apologize that this wasn't your experience.
