Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs
If I could give Frosty’s Christmas Bar zero stars, I would. I made a reservation TWO WEEKS in advance through OpenTable, planning a festive night out with family visiting from out of town. We even Ubered to the bar, excited for the evening. Upon arrival, we were met with a baffling and infuriating response: “You don’t have tickets, so you have to leave.”
Excuse me? A reservation is a reservation. When I calmly explained that we had booked in advance and showed proof of our reservation, the staff were dismissive and rude, treating us as if we had done something wrong. Management was called in, and honestly, they were even worse—condescending, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the situation. Their exact words? “Sorry, not my fault. I’ll lose money letting you in.”
Let me make one thing clear: as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, this was an absolute joke. The level of incompetence and lack of care for customers was mind-blowing. Instead of making any effort to resolve the issue, they doubled down on their rude behavior and left us stranded, having wasted both time and money to get there.
The experience was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Frosty’s Christmas Bar is a scam operation, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this place.
