Gallery Restaurant（ギャラリー・レストラン）は、モダンなアメリカ料理を、朝食、ランチ、ディナーで提供しています。毎週土曜と日曜に、週末のブランチメニューを用意しています。新鮮な地元食材を使い、季節ごとにメニューを変えるファーム・トゥー・テーブルのレストランです。20名まで収容できる個室のダイニングルームは、ミーティングやリハーサルディナー、イベント、休日のパーティーに利用できます。Gallery Bar（ギャラリー・バー）では、様々な素晴らしいワインやウイスキーを用意しています。店では、ワインテイスティングや、季節のイベント、貸切での食事、季節限定の屋外での食事を楽しめます。地元で現代アートを紹介するシャイン・ギャラリーの特別展示も行われており、本格的なギャラリーの雰囲気も味わえます。 Gallery Restaurantは、ジョンストン・ロードとバランタイン・コモンズ・パークウェイの角にあるバランタイン・ホテル＆ロッジ内に位置しています。ドレスコードはビジネスカジュアルまたはきちんとした服装で、野球帽をかぶっての利用はご遠慮ください。

                                                                                                                This was our first time at The Gallery Restaurant. The food was amazing and the portions were hearty. I don’t remember our servers name, but she was amazing. We will definitely be back.

                                                                                                                My experience has s always great, I could tell the cooks changed, but even in that I want complain because the food is exceptionally good. You want to know how I knew the cooks changed I ordered eggs white fried had and flat but I got scrambled egg whites which do t particularly like but what I will say the scramble egg whites were seasoned dry well so thank you.

                                                                                                                I had a very pleasant experience at The Gallery. After checking in to the resort, I didn't want to go out to eat, so I decided to eat at The Gallery. Every part of the staff was extremely friendly. From the host to the manager. Even when my server stepped away, another server checked on me as well and asked how I was doing. The octopus appetizer was very good grilled, better than I had at other places, and the Venison Loin was cooked to perfection. My server was very attentive and pleasant. I am glad I decided to eat here.
