New Years Eve lunch celebration of our 38th wedding anniversary is at GalPao Gaucho. Making a reservation at Open Table for lunch at 12:30 pm was easy. We were seated near the salad bar. The dining room was clean and elegant looking. Our server Joseph helped us with the process since it has been a while since our last visit in January 2021. He said Salad bar and hot sides $36.00; Full Experience includes 17 cuts of meat, salad bar and sides $75.00 since it is NYE holiday. Monday-Friday lunch is $55 and dinner & weekend is $75. I ordered the Post & Beam Cabernet Sauvignon and my husband had the sprite drink as he was driving. As complimentary we got the side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas and bread with delicious dips. Cold asparagus, quinoa, artichokes, mushrooms, chicken soup were some we picked up from the salad bar. We enjoyed the 17 different cuts of meats, ranging from beef, pork, chicken, lamb, prawns and salmon fish. At the end, our server Joseph surprised us with a complimentary dessert of warm chocolate cake with a hot fudge center, topped with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. They are so generous extending our anniversary celebration. The food was delectable and service was superb. Overall our experience was beyond our expectations. We shall return for another special occasion.
