   This was an enjoyable treat as we were not initially aware that we could enjoy a great meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing even when we didn't know what some of the descriptions were. The staff was a fantastic learning experience for them as some were a little timid in speaking with the customers. The noise level was a little higher than I had hoped as they were playing some adult contemporary music. I had wished they were playing some classical or other instrumental music at a reduced volume. Overall, I would highly encourage anyone who stops by to make reservations! We set up our reservations a day in advance. This was a delightful experience, especially since we were unaware that we could enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing, even though we were unfamiliar with some of the descriptions.    Only complaint is music was too loud for us to talk easily. (Husband hard of hearing). Everything else absolutely stellar. Loved seeing these budding chefs and restauranteurs honing their craft. Delightful experience with delicious courses so elegantly prepared and served. May they achieve their dreams!

   Beautiful presentation, a delightful array of textures and colors and outstanding flavors. Wine paring was thoughtfully executed. A most for any occasion.

   Incredible time! Everyone was super friendly, and our back server Fidel made sure our waters were absolutely full throughout the meal. The food was very well made, and each course was delicious- the students did an incredible job. I recommend going with friends or family to try as many dishes as possible. 100/10 time, cannot recommend going enough. Also got an awesome kitchen tour from one of the students Charlie, very cool to see the kitchen at work.

   first thing we saw on arrival to parking lot was one of the students going out to the garden to select things for the kitchen. Saw that happen several times while we were there. All the chefs-in-training were very attentive, explained the food, were so well dressed and polite, friendly. It was a wonderful evening. And yes, we tried things we'd never heard of.

    The students who cooked and served our meal were well-trained, courteous, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. It was a pleasure to pay the 20% scholarship fund contribution in lieu of a tip. In all, it was an amazing dining experience.
