At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

This was our first time here. It was a wonderful anniversary dinner. The food was delicious. The restaurant wasn’t too loud and the service was excellent!

Took my mother for a stress-free Thanksgiving. Meat on skewers was as good as it always is. Turkey on the buffet line was moist but not warm enough, gravy was cold, and stuffing was so dry it looked like the dry bits were just dumped out of a bag and onto the serving tray with no moisture added. My mother saw that they offered a shrimp cocktail on the menu and we tried to order her one, but we were told that it's only served at the bar. I don't understand why they couldn't have carried one from the bar to our table and charged me for it, but that really bothered my mom and pretty much ruined the rest of the experience for her. My sister tried to order a common bar drink, but 3 staff members didn't understand what she was trying to order....she finally received the drink she wanted about 40 minutes into our meal. We had to keep asking for bread refills and nobody refilled our water glasses the whole time. Instead of bringing us the dessert menu, they brought us the check and we had to flag down a server and ask for the dessert menu - and they acted like we were annoying them when we wanted to order dessert and coffee. I guess we should've gone to Fogo de Chao instead like we'd done in prior years...very disappointing.

It was a great first Brazilian restaurant experience for my mom and mother in law! The food was "fantastic" (mom's word)! Only downside was the dining room was loud and hard for older folks to converse and the drink service was very slow.

There for Thanksgiving, turkey & gravy had good flavor & would have been good if it was hot or even warm. Same for the pies, if they were even room temp, could have been ok… but they were ice cold so were terrible. Service was very good though.

Excellent overall selection with meats and salad bar. We went for Thanksgiving and the Thanksgiving editions were a bit lackluster. But the standard meats and salad bar were excellent as always.

We had an excellent experience at Gauchos Prime. We had met the General Manager, Jair, around a month prior to our visit and expressed that one of us does not eat meat. He asked what that person wanted and when we said "plain pasta," he immediately offered to arrange that for us and showed us the beautiful salad bar and hot bar offerings which would well satisfy the non-meat eater. When we arrived at the Restaurant yesterday, Jair remembered our request and had a plain bowl of pasta brought to our table. Overall, the level of service, from Jair and the other members of the Gauchos Prime team, was superlative. Every staff member made our experience feel special, even though the place was full of patrons likely due, in part, to the Thanksgiving holiday. The food was wonderful, the meats and offerings plentiful and the experience was extremely memorable. We highly recommend Gauchos Prime and are already looking forward to our next visit. We are so grateful to have met Jair, who provided an extraordinary level of service and whose kindness and assistance is so appreciated by us. Thanks to everyone at Gauchos Prime for giving us a fun, tasty and great holiday meal.

We have been going to Gauchos Prime almost since it opened. We are fans of Brazilian steak houses, and Gauchos Prime is the best so far, in our opinions. The food is top notch and the service is truly outstanding. This time we were there for Thanksgiving dinner. They lived up to our expectations. We did a bit of the traditional food, and then the rest of it was excellent steakhouse fare.

Thanksgiving Dinner Our Thanksgiving dinner experience was so enjoyable, we booked Christmas Eve dinner before we left the restaurant. Service was outstanding! Variety of offerings was excellent. Meat choices were plentiful. Meat seasoning, and flavor excellent. I am very glad we could support a small business and have an enjoyable, relaxing family gathering
